Complaint and Grievances Redressal System

To give quick and proper attention to our Banks valued customers,the Bank is constantly improving Customer Service .In case of any complaints about the Bank, the customers are encouraged to approach Bank Authorities first and give them reasonable time to solve.

On failure of the Bank to give satisfactory or just services, customers can approach the RBI Ombudsman to file their complaints. The Address and other contact details of RBI appointed Ombudsman and Authority is as below:
